Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or for large/custom orders.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States only using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Atlanta Embroidery Studio is no longer responsible for the package. Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please use this to monitor your delivery and contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist with providing shipment details if needed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review and assist.
