Refund & Exchange Policy
Custom-Made Orders
All items are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or personalized items.
Order Accuracy
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including:
- Spelling of names or text
- Design selections
- Sizes and item choices
Atlanta Embroidery Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review your request, we require:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Order number
If approved, we will remake the item or provide a resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom embroidered items
- Personalized products
- Worn, washed, or used items
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may begin and the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
